Where do you ship within Australia?
We ship to every state and territory across Australia, including:
States: New South Wales (NSW), Victoria (VIC), Queensland (QLD), Western Australia (WA), South Australia (SA), Tasmania (TAS)
Territories: Australian Capital Territory (ACT), Northern Territory (NT)
We also ship to external territories such as Norfolk Island and Christmas Island on a case-by-case basis – please contact us for a quote before ordering.
Delivery times and shipping charges vary depending on your exact location, the size of your order, and the courier network serving your area. We will show you the estimated delivery timeframe and any applicable charges at checkout before you complete your purchase.
What is your standard delivery time?
We offer complimentary 7-day shipping to capital cities.
"Complimentary" means no additional shipping fee is charged to your order for delivery to these cities. The 7-day window begins on the first business day after your order is confirmed and payment is cleared. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding national public holidays.
What about delivery outside capital cities?
For delivery to regional, rural, or remote areas outside the defined capital city metro zones, additional charges apply.
These areas include but are not limited to:
- Regional centres (e.g., Wollongong, Geelong, Cairns, Launceston, Albury)
- Rural towns and farming communities
- Remote locations (e.g., outback Queensland, Western Australia's Pilbara region, Northern Territory beyond Darwin)

How long does a custom order take?
Custom orders are ready in 6 weeks from the date of order confirmation.
What counts as "order confirmation"? The clock starts when:
- You have finalised all custom specifications (frame size, paint colour, component choices, crank length, cassette range, handlebar width, stem length, saddle choice).
- You have completed payment in full (or paid the required deposit).
- You have received a written confirmation email from us acknowledging your custom build.
After the 6 weeks, standard shipping times apply (complimentary 7 days to capital cities, or additional charges for regional areas as noted above).
How will my bike be shipped?
Bikes are shipped via a reputable courier partner. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Are taxes included in the price?
Yes. All prices displayed on our website are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include all taxes.
How do I determine the correct frame size?
Refer to our size guide on each product page. You can also contact us with your height and inseam measurement for a recommendation.
How do I measure my inseam correctly for a Quick frame?
Follow these steps for an accurate inseam measurement:
Stand barefoot against a wall with your back straight and feet shoulder-width apart.
Place a hardcover book between your legs, spine up, pressing firmly into your crotch as if sitting on a saddle.
Hold the book level and mark the wall at the top of the book's spine.
Measure from the floor to the mark in centimetres.
Once you have your inseam, multiply by 0.65 for a road bike or 0.66 for an endurance/gravel bike to estimate your ideal frame size in centimetres. Contact us with your inseam and height for a personalised recommendation.
Will my bike arrive fully assembled or will I need to build it myself?
Your bike will arrive approximately 85% pre-assembled. You will need to install the handlebars, front wheel, seatpost, and pedals (if purchased) using the basic hex keys provided in the box. Hydraulic brakes come pre-bled, and final derailleur adjustment is minimal. Most customers complete assembly in 20–40 minutes.
Do I need to sign for delivery?
Yes, most deliveries to capital cities require a signature upon receipt. For regional or remote areas where you are not home during the day, you can use the courier's online portal to authorise "leave without signature" or redirect to a local pickup point. We recommend providing a work address or someone who can sign on your behalf to avoid delivery delays.
